The Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach is excited to return to some in-person programming starting January 2021. The library will begin limited in-person programs including art, wellness, job help, computer and technology assistance, and more.  All in-person programs have a limited class size to provide for ample social distancing and will require face masks be worn. As the spaces are limited, advance registration is required for all in-person classes and programs. Patrons can register via the online calendar at wpbcitylibrary.org or call 561-868-7701.

The return of in-person programs is being implemented cautiously and carefully, only after the implementation of numerous new safety protocols throughout the Mandel Public Library including additional cleaning, new partitions, and strict mask wearing and social distancing. The after-school Homework Centers were previously adapted to include the new safety protocols in order to bring this critical service to local students in need. The library will also continue to offer a variety of programs virtually so that patrons who are not comfortable with returning can continue to be educated, entertained, and engaged at home. Plus, patrons can connect 24/7 to the digital library for an endless array of ebooks, audiobooks, movies, TV shows, music, and more.
