Raptis Rare Books Hosts WPB Library Foundation’s
Food for Thought Post-Event Reception
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (February 2, 2024) – Matthew and Adrienne Raptis, owners of Raptis Rare Books located at 329 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, hosted a 2023 Food for Thought Post-Event Reception for the West Palm Beach Library Foundation’s major sponsors. The reception, held Wednesday, January 31 at Raptis Rare Books store, honored the event’s chair and generous donors as they enjoyed Champagne, wines, and a charcuterie display during the evening.
Invited to the reception were 2023 Food for Thought Chair and Platinum Benefactor Melissa Sullivan; Grand Benefactor, The Honorable Ann W. Brown; Benefactor Beverly Myers; and Honorary Co-Chairs Dianne and Abe Bernstein. Corporate Benefactors in attendance included Margaret Moraskie, Levenger; Denis Kleshchyn, Yvel; and hosts Adrienne and Matthew Raptis, Raptis Rare Books.
Other special invited guests were Publisher Level Sponsors Jeff and Gina Sabean, Tiffany’s, and Michelle Heary, Asprey. The 2023 Food for Thought Dinner was held November 4th at the Norton Museum of Art, and featured special guest speaker, Carl Hiaasen, and nineteen Table Hosts leading lively conversations during the epicurean dinner with the nearly 200 guests. The event raised a record amount of financial support.
