Renato’s hosts WPB Library Foundation Yacht Cruise Reception
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (February 26, 2024) – Restaurateur Arlene Desiderio graciously hosted the West Palm Beach Library Foundation’s Yacht Cruise and Dream Auction committee at a February 19th cocktail reception at her longtime Palm Beach establishment, Renato’s Palm Beach.
Event Co-Chair Daphne Nikolopoulos remarked: “On behalf of my fellow WPBLF board members, I’m so grateful to Renato’s for making our host committee and sponsors feel so welcome. It was incredible to see everyone so energized about the event in this gorgeous Palm Beach setting.”
The 2024 Yacht Cruise and Dream Auction will be aboard the Grand Princess Yacht on Saturday, April 20 from 2 to 5 p.m. Guests will enjoy an open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres and a buffet as they travel along the Intracoastal Waterway, and participate in a silent auction featuring unique items and experiences. A live auction of spectacular packages will be conducted by renowned auctioneer Sebastian Clarke. Proceeds from the auctions will benefit the Library Foundation’s mission to financially support the Mandel Public Library’s programs, services, and resources, making them available to the community at no cost.
Guests included Dr. Mary Ann Dupont and Daphne Nikolopoulos, Co-Chairs of the annual fundraising event, along with Grand Honorary Chairs Laura and Jordan Rathlev, Board Chair Steve Mayans, Immediate Past Chair Dianne Bernstein, and Library Foundation CEO Dean Dimke. Among other guests were event sponsors and committee members: Melissa Sullivan, Deborah Koepper, Jules Aron, Marianna Abbate, Eda and Cliff Viner, Mish Tworkowski, Skye Sherman and Aaron Nosbisch, Petra Levin, and Gaby Viteri.
